Discover your talent to take beautiful pictures…while touring the sub-tropical paradise of North Stradbroke Island. During a full day Photography Workshop/4WD tour, our qualified professional photographer and 4WD tour guide teaches you how to use your camera.
Straddie is a photographer's canvas... every angle leads to a great shot. Stunning natural scenery at every turn means you are limited only by your imagination - and your skill. But with our professional photographic guidance, you will maximise your potential behind the lense.
Our instructors are familiar with all modern photographic equipment and will provide you with a step by step approach to a complete range of photograhic styles including landscape, portrait, action, macro, telephoto and more.

Maximum of 3 students only per instructor / tour. Pick up and return from your mainland accommodation also available. Lunch included!
Full Day Tour Package
Return ferry transfer departs Cleveland 9am
Arrive North Stradbroke Island 9.45am
On location morning workshop includes -
- General overview of a camera and its functions. The basic ideas and philosophies of photography and how we can approach them on our tour.
- A practice session on the skills discussed in the overview. Clear guidance will be given on how to use your particular camera. Our instructors are very experienced photographers who know cameras. Your instructor will teach you to operate your equipment.
11.30am Break for supplied lunch (Selection of cold meats, sandwiches, fruits and drinks)
12.30pm Continue the Photography Workshop/4WD tour.
Afternoon workshop includes:
- Visits to some absolutely amazing places on
Stradbroke
Island …including inland fresh water lakes, sandy ocean beaches, spectacular cliffs and more.
- Guided approaches to photographing each location and the fauna and flora found there.
3.00pm Return to the Mainland via Dunwich. Debrief on the photography instruction.
